Easy-to-miss but surprisingly expansive tea room serving scented white to scented black, with stops at Darjeeling and Gyokuro Superior along the way. On ground floor of well-muraled, only-slightly-yuppie industrial loft complex, big sell is ample seating and free WiFi. Nibble on a frittata and salad while satisfying the terms of your latest freelance contract. Patio out back sports major array of neighborhood cuties, we'd live here if we could.
