Glowing ninth-floor aerie beckons from high above Columbus Circle. Museum of Arts & Design does the hosting, so plastic-fantastic ambitions fit right in. Step off the elevator to hot pink cushions in the central lounge, sick Central Park views out the windows across the room. Lucite planks dangle overhead. Fine dining menu runs through popular proteins, think diver sea scallops, Berkshire pork chop, aged New York strip. Piano off to the side providing occasional soundtrack to glam midtown cocktailing.
