Perhaps there's a skewer craze in L.A. Love us some meat on a stick. Especially Japanese. Sawtelle is covered with Japanese restaurants, but we'll gladly take another. Has the foodies swooning. They use bincho charcoal: it's a big deal. Trust. Mushrooms, bird thighs, Kobe cow bits. Winter's coming: try a pig's stomach stew. The sake will get you through it.
