TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO SANDY. Mesmerize yourself with B-Bridge lights shimmering on the East River. Classic romance. Enough rings in play to give Gollum whiplash. Surprisingly good food given the view, lamb osso buco with goat cheese ravioli, crisp duck breast with truffle, honey, and fennel-pollen glaze. Jackets required. Sorry folks, that means shoes, too. But no one's checking for undies, so bring a hot date.
