Red Egg

Editorial Review

Hatches a modern take on a traditional teahouse. High-design interior pits mid-century modern chairs against flashy lights, mirrored walls. (Slick digs all the better for hosting latest incarnation of Madame Wong’s.) No carts, but plenty of dim sum served day and night. Chicken feet with black bean sauce, soup dumplings, radish cake with duck. Extensive regular menu covers Sichuan and Cantonese. Cheap lunch specials, full cocktail bar.
