Editorial Review

Chef Jean-Francois Fraysse brings us a rustic French bistro with an elegant finish. Deep red walls with black and white photos of European villas hark back to the chef's hometown, Quercy, in Southern France. Mon dieu, the cassoulet is authentic and dangerously delicious, as is the lobster bisque. Portions are more than ample, too. Hit the pear tarte tatin with crème fraîche for dessert—if your waistline's got the bandwidth.
