Early provocations justify the name--it's certainly piqued our interest. Lily Pond peeps regroup at the Gansevoort. Lionel Ohayon and iCrave on the design, decking out two spaces, a club and a lounge. The former makes maximal use of ground-floor garden space, with a glass roof that peels away in mild weather. Club side goes for big-budget fantasy (black and purple tones, jumbo angel wings). Indie rock playing in the lounge, vocal and progressive house for the club. And the door? It's tighter than tight. If you didn't make pre-arrangements, don't even bother.
