Co-founder Jay Jones crafted a bar-forward space reflecting his passion for old-fashioned things (including drinks), and Chef Chris Irving's menu reads like snapshots in a gastronomic keepsake album. Sentimental faves (all available until closing) include far-from-ordinary grilled cheese and tomato soup, gourmet pork and beans, beef brisket and foil-wrapped campfire trout. Lighter, Scandinavian-influenced plates balance heavier dishes, but monster brunches, desserts and sensational coffee kill it no matter whether you're over or under the weather.
