Liza Queen of the late Queen's Hideaway reboots with some old weird America. Name comes from the broth that greens leave behind, inspiration derives from diners and such, complete with blue plate specials. Dinners get more elaborate, with artisanal and organic origins and seriously interesting effects. Casual space with fresh air floating through the open front windows.
