You'd expect it from the Italian varietals here, but apparently pizza has its own domain of designation process too, and these pies are as authentic as they get. Blazing in an 800 degree wood-fired brick oven gives the right bounce to crusts topped with artichoke, cured olives, capers, feta and lemon, or roast pork, ricotta, red onion, rapini and soft farm egg. Antipasti and other small plates plus a cocktail program make this a unique space in the area.
