If you have not yet been to a Pinxto bar in Barcelona, now is your chance to experience it in London. Eponymously named Pix, it's an inventive new Iberian pic'n mix where you can mix Spanish wines, tapas on sticks, and beers and cocktails. Lodged in spacious and airy Notting Hill Tea Palace, décor is a pleasing visual combination of Victorian-era tiled walls, gun-metal greys and blood reds. Contemporary space is fitting way of tastingtapa creations on counters laden with delicate mouthfuls. Experimental splashes of flavours such as foie gras, chocolate and asparagus converge on dainty wooden skewers which you collect over the course of the meal. Drinks are very exciting with good punchy reds on offer, alongside fresh apple mojitos.
