Pattern Bar

Editorial Review

Taking a cue from some of New York's best hotel bars, this spot aims to evoke Havana's sultry nights. Gleaming subway tiles, cocktails named after famous designers (the Chanel features tequila and cilantro), columns and open-air dining all work to infuse a sense of glamor and exclusivity while still seeming downtown cool. The menu leans Latino, as do the owners who are young enough to ensure that their venture will always be pushing at the boundaries of what's hot in Los Angeles.
