Editorial Review

Popular cantina with a roaring fireplace in winter and bustling patio in summer. Tacos, burritos, chile rellenos—you know the drill. Plenty of booze helps compensate for lack of authenticity in the food. Like all good Tex-Mex shacks, margaritas set the pace. Ample portions of nacho platters help as well. Ramshackle space feels like a party in a stranger's backyard, but the drinks are better and the crowd is hotter.
