Osteria via Stato/Pizzeria Mo.Di

Editorial Review

While all the other trendy pizza outfits in town are doing Neapolitan pies, Osteria Via Stato decided to go in the opposite direction by doing it in Roman fashion in the separate area they're calling Pizzeria Mo.Di. They've removed the enoteca (which was getting killed by competitor Quartino across the street) to give it their full attention, but you'll still be able to chow down on a full menu of Italian fare in the main dining room.
