Noodles 28

Editorial Review

Midtown delivery stalwart looks ghetto but tastes great. Chinese dumplings in sesame sauce, Hong Kong steak, Vietnamese dim sum, and just about anything else you can think of. Noodles for an extra buck. Nice faux-meat platters. Dine in for brusque but amiable service from Chinese ladies who clip the ends of string beans between seatings. You're not crazy, the place just kept the old name when it moved off 28th.
