Noir

Editorial Review

Restaurant/lounge takes over the old Nikki Beach space. Massive bi-level hall fits a full lounge, two bars, two DJ booths, and glass-encased wine cellar. Sweeping staircase, chandeliers, quilted leather booths; lights dim as scene goes from power lunch to romantic dinner. Chef Jean-Yves Schillinger does creamy lobster gratin, slow-cooked ribs with spicy chorizo marmalade, and bar eats like Alsatian pizza.
