Editorial Review

Lovers of fancy tacos, haters of vowels: Vnyl couple shrewdly unites two demographics at Upper East Side Mexican. Coca-Cola carnitas sprinkled with pickled radish nod to the gringos. Braised lamb wrapped in banana leaf, beer, and tequila holas at the drunks. Subdued banquettes, tiled tabletops can't compete with three different hot cheese dips, giant lime wheel graff courtesy of DAZE. ‘Ritas by the pitcher, bottle service-style, with three different fresh fruit purées. But keep your Loubies out of the pastel de tres leches, please.
