The luxury war is a cold one, but no mistake: it's on. Montage tries to reinvent the game. Hoping the three restaurants won't just be tourist fodder. Hoping the beautiful people will come (and the beautiful people are locals). The spa is a point of pride, modeled after medieval Spain, apparently. Hopefully only in looks, not oppression.
