They take the farm-to-table concept seriously here, with a menu based on theweek's harvest. Recent hits have included starters such as farm egg baked in celery cream and mains like grilled pork loin with field peas, green beans, vidalias and country ham. Impressive cocktail list boasts the Fire Island (Millet Whiskey, dry vermouth, cio ciaro) and the eponymous Miller Thyme (Miller's Gin, lemon, and thyme). Pretty space doesn't overdo the farmhouse touches, stays modern and airy. Nice patio for sunny days and sultry nights.
