Editorial Review

Chill '50s-modern style contrasts with the grit and grime of the area. Sedate spot with slatted blinds, always easy to get a seat. Local businessmen and Javits visitors enjoy potato pizza, steak frites, homemade hummus, and celebratory coq au vin. Monster-portion desserts a highlight, but make sure you're sharing. May not be saying much, but it does raise the classiness quotient of the west 30s a few notches.
