You're not going to catch it from the street, or if you're staying in Park City proper, but Deer Valley devotees know the place well and swear by it. Mariposa's got the idea down, pat: big, beautiful woodsy room, serving up typically non-challenging American bistro fare (ahi tuna, scallops, pork tenderloin, lamb, bison—it runs the spectrum) but executing with precision night after night. Famed for their excellent wine list and also notable for one of the few great vegetarian tasting menus in PC.
