Shopping and cupcakes? Diabolical. Little cupcake shop that could branches out to Bloomingdale’s in Dubai, bounces back to our humble little burg to repeat the trick. Street-level spot sells made-from-scratch favorite pies and cookies, with coffee and tea to wash 'em down. Oh yeah, and cupcakes. Inspires rabid devotion, so be careful in what company you drop the words "over-hyped."
