Name suggests a mouthwash but is actually a Spanish tapas chain, with 200 branches spread across eight countries. Sole NYC location serves up bread-based pintxos. Codfish and green pepper omelettes, artichokes and ham, octopi on a bed of potatoes, brought around by staff like an Iberian take on dim sum. Clubby lounge with a long bar, vibrant dining space with yellow walls and authentic Spanish art. ¡Salud!
