L'Hostaria

Editorial Review

You’ll hear, “best Italian place in town” when you ask any local. Intimate setting, as-authentic-as-Aspen-gets menu. Owner Tiziano Gortan strolls the ristorante with bartender Scotty Gibson looking to pour the next glass of Tuscan; Chef Ruben is laughing at a table that claims they're full from the carpaccio. The bar area keeps it informal with a tasty, economic bar menu (see Pappardelle) that draws locals, but the serene—meaning: don’t make plans after—seated area serves up the best pasta and wine to while away the night.
