Brasserie extraordinaire, an Upper East must from the zinc bar, crystal tulip chandeliers, and Art Deco touches to a chef named Bergougnoux. Sole meuniere filleted at the table is a way more classy interactive date distraction than Benihana. Come early on Sundays for a brunch with two magic words: "dessert trolley." This is why Mama made us go to finishing school—we so know which fork to use.
