CLOSED FOR WINTER. Bar and grill atop Chelsea’s Hôtel Americano, street entrance via elevator. Sleek metal bar, minimalist patio dressings, views to the east, north, and west. La piscine itself stays cool during the summer, turns hot tub come the chilly months. For guests only, tho. Grill does babaganoush and octopus, then fondue in the winter. Mojitos, mezcalitos, hibiscus margaritas. Latin American management expects a Latino lean, but come all, of course.
