Editorial Review

L.A.’s answer to Nobu comes to NYC. “Signature dishes” like hamachi fusion, yellowtail and jalapeño, and miso black cod pretty much lifted straight from Chef Matsuhisa. Top quality all the same, totally fresh, with well-balanced flavors. Don’t miss crispy rice and spicy tuna. Sprawling space is epic without sacrificing elegance. Ginormous waffle lattice stretches across the ceiling from lounge to dining room, like eating inside some mod hive. Worker bees by day, bar crowd by night.
