Tel Aviv chef Oded Oren (coolest chef name ever) applies his talents with fruits de mer to a fascinatingly original Mediterranean menu. To wit, sea bream tartare (who knew?), lamb stuffed calamari, and grouper ceviche with avocado populate the eclectic menu.
