Editorial Review

Perpetually crammed noodle slot a block off Union Square, beloved by students and Japanese tourists, the latter of whom can’t seem to go more than two days without foods from the homeland. What, it’s true—the chef told us so! They might be on to something, though, these big bowls of piping hot, rich, savory ramen are the ultimate edifying comfort food. One of the only non-diners in the city open ‘til 2am.
