Eggs and bacon like mom used to cook. Same two waitresses warming your heart and your coffee cup on an every-five-minute basis. Locals like Joyce's 'cause it's consistent, and the staff (neither of them is Joyce) are cheery provided you nix the cranky morning BS. Pancakes not to be missed. Mugs stay hot and full if you make nice with Dee. Keep-it-simple aesthetic also applies to payment policy: cash is king, don't bring plastic.
