Jones Wood Foundry

Editorial Review

Named for primeval forest that once stood in the same spot. Former manhole foundry now a neighborhoody pub, inspired by chef's English upbringing. Tour the UK via Scotch egg, Welsh rarebit, Lancashire hot pot. No hard stuff behind the bar, but more than enough beer to sate a Brit thirst. Fuller's London Pride, Boddington's, and Abita just to keep them guessing. Rambling space holds communal table and dining room in back, open-air courtyard off to the side.
