Hangar-sized Saloon Moderne space. Named for Keanu character in Point Break, but you’ll feel more like Travolta in Urban Cowboy. Main draw is mechanical bull in center ring. Mix of Rock Center suits and Rock Island tourists getting flung around for your amusement. Solid hickory-smoked wings and other Southern/soul staples. Monday night bull-riding challenge for all the pretty industry folks. Butter, better watch your back.
