Hotel known for quiet sleeps makes a little noise. Jazz sets run six nights a week, with live music brunches come Sunday. Airy, high-ceilinged space not your usual jazz hole. Sunlight shines down on creative American/Japanese breakfast buffet. Lunch swings more hearty, adds miso-glazed steak, Caesar salads, seared salmon prix fixe. For dinner, wash it all down with a Millionaire: Meyer's Jamaican rum, apricot brandy, sloe gin, and lime. Show up on a Monday or Tuesday if you don’t feel like springing for a cover.
