James H. Cohen and Sons

Editorial Review

An antique store a man might actually enjoy, Cohen primarily stocks antique guns and antique money. Check out the riotous Confederate bank notes, one of which states that the tender isn't backed by gold or silver but one's "faith in the state of Mississippi." Oops! The coins date back to Persia before its conquest by Alexander the Great, so classicists can swoon. But the guns - flintlocks, derringers, ancient revolvers - are the real sell here, lining the walls like a militia armory from centuries ago.
