What do you do when you win Top Chef? A lot it seems. Aside from opening a hotly anticipated restaurant (ink.) and penning a cookbook, Michael Voltaggio also finds time to offer his take on the classic sandwich to Angelenos. Cold fried chicken with house-made ranch, bahn mi with pork cheeks, and a chicken liver version of the BLT take center stage on the menu, which also features homemade potato chips and ice cream.
