Old money gourmet gelati and sorbetti from Carvel heir and Ciao Bella founder. Dessert supplier to the (culinary) stars. Downtown restaurateurs in the know have this stuff on their menu for good reason. Hoists Mexican cinnamon-basil gelato we'd spend all day on line for. Ever-changing flavors and the best iced coffee around. New location offers plenty of room for the whole lab angle. Science was never so delicious.
