Luxe BAT pie (bacon, avocado, tomato), white clam and parsley slumming it Connecticut-style. Optional dustings of seasonal greens, fennel sausage, herbed potatoes. The Pizza -- signature fresh mozz-plum tomato-Pecorino Romano -- boldly italicized by local boy dough-flipper Louis Termini. Gas oven, East River views, and Brooklyn brews. Smile smugly while bypassing the cattle call line down the block. Stupid tourists.
