Circa 1830 carriage house hosts stealth rustic-American scene. Unmarked green door leads to courtyard garden leads to open kitchen leads to sunken dining room. Design by Elemental, employing original material salvaged from the structure. Charming old brick, dark wood, votive-topped marble. Locavorlicious menu with duck leg and fennel purée, cider-brined brook trout, root veggie shortcake, taking their turns as the season dictates. Petite bar for advanced cocktailing, like an Antique Kir, rocking brandy, elderflower liqueur, sparkling chardonnay, and blueberries.
