This River North tavern pays homage to Ernest Hemingway with some of his favorite dishes and cocktails on the menu. The space is filled with a eclectic seating arrangement made of church pews, communal tables and tall-tops, but the focus is really on dishes like scallops with a pumpkin puree and foie gras burgers. Take in the lamps, mahogany, and marble setting and knock back a few of their artisanal cocktails. Hemingway would punch you in the nose if refused to check it out.
