Throwing up signs like it's Monster Kody, Howard Noynes serves his self-proclaimed Famous Burger out of a movie-poster plastered paradise. Great environs for inconsistent burger, weak with the avo-bacon on some days; other days bursting with flavor and juice. Worth experiencing just to break you into the L.A. staple strip mall dinner. This strip is particularly unappealing, but Howard's makes us nostalgic for a beach blanket Culver we never knew.
