The prescription at this gorgeous former pharmacy-turned-supper club is just what the fun doctor ordered, offering a perfect balance of crowd-pleasing menu, gourmet ingredients and a convivial party space that’s an instant hit where others have struck out. Décor porn abounds, from the original leaded-glass windows and floor tile, to the old accounting desk repurposed as a DJ booth, to the wall of gold skulls and whimsical ladies' room wallpaper downstairs. Standout plates include the glorious Harvest Salmon salad and dynamite beef carpaccio, and their ‘chicken and waffles’ Sunday brunch has already got all the Gastown cool kids buzzing.
