No vacancy because there's no rooms. Gotcha! Name for effect only, and it works for Brooklyn's first real stunner of a cocktail bar. From the makers of Union Pool. Communal sinks, leather banquettes, portraits of old but surely important men, and ladder for out-of-reach booze give Poe-writes-The-Raven vibe. Stay long enough and you'll actually see elder hipsters become yuppies. Lone unique is the Commandant's Cocktail, but a Pimm's on a sunny Sunday afternoon is all you really need. You're going to love this place.
