Hakata Tonton

Editorial Review

Sure, it's a Japanese sushi joint, with all the quiet restrained service and such, but the Japanese are eating pig's feet (tonsoku), just like your country cousins. Only get this: when you eat ‘em Japanese style, they're supposed to be good for you. Called Japanese soul food, these collagen-rich eats can allegedly restore and maintain that youthful glow. Fans also love the service, the traditional Japanese grill shop atmosphere, the avocado tofu, the sushi, and yes, the tonsoku.
