Georgia's Eastside BBQ

Editorial Review

Mini-roadhouse brings it GA-style. Fratboy-friendly burgers and wings for 2am drunken scarfing, but the focus here is on three essentials: pulled pork, baby back ribs, and chicken. Latter, in crisp buttermilk batter, successful Dirty South fantasy projection. Ribs and pork shoulders as tender as they come, thanks to being steamed over beer for hours. Family picnic vibe, with vinyl checkered tablecloths and pics culled from family albums, but only 14 seats so may work better as takeout.
