Throw some rock 'n' roll and church dècor into a bistro helmed by an acclaimed celebrity chef, and you have a new place of worship: g.e.b. - a playful restaurant by chef Graham Elliot that honors simple foods, music, and spirituality, and ruthlessly defies capitalization. None of the dishes on the brunch, lunch, and dinner menus exceed more than three ingredients - a daring endeavor for only the best of chefs. And for those who have more to confront than their hunger, a stained glass-enclosed "confessional room" sits in the back, acting as a chefs table for several guests.
