Gastro Bar at 35th

Editorial Review

Casual tapas spot inside the Tryp Hotel. Curvy couches, white marble floors, and red chairs give Mediterranean flavor. Plenty of air, tall ceilings with arched wood panels. Roasted beets, manchego cheese croquettes, charcuterie plates. Churros con chocolate  worth two orders. Hotel guests can find traditional European breakfast each morning. Wines from Chile and Argentina supplement the Spanish selection; fruity cocktails equally suit the vibe.
