Wooden tables set about railroad-track trellis offer wide open views of the Hudson. Ancient rail car and candlelit Mason jars for further atmo. Signature cocktails jibe with the bloody play—Blonde in Peril mixes vodka, Lillet, and crimson port. Sleep Bowmore Punch, the go-to, sees madeira and scotch in a punch bowl.
