Franny's

Editorial Review

Sophisto-pizza on a newly popping stretch of Flatbush. Crusty, wood-charred personal-pan-size servings with yummy/weird toppings like clams, mussels, and chilies. Menu changes daily but a drink called the Brooklyn is a constant; it involves bourbon and makes us happy. Just don't ask them to slice your pie, Gomer. Don't shun apps, the owner's a sustainable food activist and everything's super fresh—try the blood orange salad.
