As H&M's cheaper, American-born counterpart, this mall fixture is both a tween favorite and a hotspot for bargain-hungry fashionistas of all ages. While Forever's selection is certainly hit and miss, sifting through the overwhelming mass of patterned sundresses and printed blouses crammed onto crowded racks is all worth it when you find that gem of a $38 cocktail dress that can almost pass for D&G.
