Although definitely investment pieces, Fluevog shoes are repair-friendly, easily and affordably 'resoleable,' and famously resistant to "alkali, water, acid, fatigue and Satan." Whether boots, brogues or badass bitch pumps, every pair is handmade in fair and ethical working conditions. Growing range of Veggie Vogs are made with no animal products whatsoever. Head designer and self-described "style monger" John Fluevog still makes a few limited edition and couture lines here in Vancouver with Granville Island master shoemaker Ken Rice.
